Switeck Posted July 12, 2008 Report Share Posted July 12, 2008 1st and 2nd links in my signature are made for this kind of problem!But you need to know a LOT of information to solve your problem...such as ISP, download/upload max speeds, uTorrent settings, router/modem types and how to configure them, etc...
