seaviewer
I apologise if I am being daft but having been successfully downloading and sharing for about a week I now have only red arrows for everything. I've made no changes to the defaults at any time. The message that accompanies everything is Failure: share ratio violation; please raise your share ratio up to 0.25 firstwhich I believe I have tried to do in as many ways as possible! I assume this means the queueing tab...Any help would be much appreciated...
Firon
Whatever tracker you got the torrent from has prevented you from downloading new torrents because of low ratio. Take it up with the tracker, or seed the torrents you got from it.

Switeck
uTorrent's Scheduler may at least let you get the most use out of the throttled times. For now, you'll probably need to run in SEED ONLY mode (in Scheduler) to get your ratio back up on whatever tracker that is.
