Chaoz
My upload speeds are great when I'm downloading. But once it finishes downloading, my upload basically crawls to very low speeds. How do I make seed at faster speeds even when the download is finished?
Firon
Comcast blocks seeding. Until they drop the RST shenanigans (they will soon), your seeding will be hampered. Also, it's difficult to seed on private trackers.
jewelisheaven
Are you running uT 1.8? Have you checked out the troubleshooting sticky (also in my sig as "read me") which mentions turning off excess services in uT and lowering connections? What about keeping a torrent running in download state 24/7 with like a hard DOWN limit of 1?
Chaoz
I'm using 1.77 and I tried all those things in the sticky and it doesn't help. I don't want to limit my download speed, just want to seed after it's done.
Firon
Your ISP blocks seeding. There isn't really anything you can do except try 1.8, which may help slightly.
Switeck
This link may help:http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/Avoid_traffic_shaping...It explains settings to use that may at least partially defeat ComCast's methods.Unfortunately it's written for Azureus, so translating the settings to uTorrent may not be easy.
