Makko Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 I posted a topic months ago in the troubleshooting section but it still didn't work I read the post about ISP blocking bittorrent or something. i tried to find out if my isp is blocking bittorrent but i always get the message that the test failed. BTW I am in Philippines and my ISP is SMARTBRO. please help regarding this.
