How to socksify uTorrent using e-Border driver (or likely)?

Hi,

what I want to achieve is to generally make my uTorrent communication going through HTTP protocol using a proxy server, to which would I connect via some socks appliacation. Ideal would be SocksCap32, but it's incompatible with uTorrent (freezes), so I got Permeo e-Border driver.

But I don't know how to set it up now. Either standalone or via proxy server capable of HTTP and Socks4 communication, it's config on my PC is 127.0.0.1:3128 or 127.0.0.1:9000 (or different ports).
