Hi everyone

I have a bit of a problem with my uTorrent and below I'll describe it

** These are some useful info about what I'm using **

* Version: µTorrent 1.7.7 build 8179

* Win: Vista Ultimate (32-bit)

* Router (model): SMC (8014WG-SI)

*Connection: Cable 10mbps (Hi-Speed Extreme)

this link here http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/SMC/8014WG-SI/8014WG-SIindex.htm, shows you how to open - or forward - the routers ports, but what numbers should I put and what do I have to do in the utorrent preference?

it's saying "No incoming connections" and the icon is not green. please help, I want to be connectible to others

please be as specific & easy as possible (1,2,3 steps)

Thank you all in advance

Regards,

In uTorrent, you choose a listening port...preferably something between 10000 and 65534.

Port forward that same port number from your router to your computer's LAN ip address (typically something like 192.168.1.103).

Have you tried the 1st and 2nd links in my signature?

Btw, you probably have very little upload speed compared to max download.

...maybe not even 1 megabit/second upload. :(
