Warning for Fat32 drives

This hasn't affected me for a few years, but I see it a lot while idling in the IRC room - the problem with downloading files larger than 4GB on a Fat32-formatted disk.

I think there should be a warning, either when you install uT on a fat32 disk or when you try to add a torrent with too-large files while running uTorrent on a fat disk, or both.

could also be extended to FAT16B limitations too...

I don't know if a warning on install is needed so much, but certainly a warning about the torrent containing a file that the filesystem can't handle, would be worth having, similar to the not enough disk space warning.

Let it still allow the .torrent to be loaded tho. The user can always change his filesystem after he's done loading the torrents...
