Switeck Posted July 24, 2008 Report Share Posted July 24, 2008 Since you don't have multi-megabits/second download speeds, you might be just as well off with fewer connections than most people foolishly insist on having in uTorrent.Try the 128 kilobits/second upload speed settings as shown in the 2nd link in my signature.Compare that to uTorrent's Speed Guide (CTRL+G) for xx/128k.
