oxosbase
been using utorrent for a long time now and just read somewhere that it has its own IP blocker. is this true? ive never seen anything on the preferences to suggest this.
GTHK
It's true: http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#What_is_ipfilter.dat.3FIf you're a PG2 user, you should know that the lists are made by Bluetack, and they're kinda retarded over there. If you insist though, all IPa blocking should be done in µT's ipfilter, instead of with a program, as it saves time instead of µT not knowing the IPa is blocked and trying it. Firon
It blocks listed IP addresses from connecting to you (or you to them). That's all it does.
cogsy
I was using Perguardian on my old XP machine but since changing to Vista have not been able to find anything similar. Any recommendations which will do the same thing?
