midnightxix
I have installed uTorrent 1.8 and my network status light remains yellow. I have my firewalls turned off so I don't understand why it will not connect. The port forwarding test is failing. I tried to follow the instructions on portforward.com but I am getting stuck where it advises to "Open a web browser like internet explorer or Netscape. Enter the ip address of your router in the address bar of your browser. In the picture above the address bar has http://www.google.com in it. Just replace all of that with the ip address of your router. By default the ip address should be set to 172.16.0.1. "I cannot get anything to come up using either 172.16.0.1 or the ip address that shows when I hover my mouse over my computer's wireless connection indicator.I have a 2wire 2700 HG-B router, windows xp. Please help. Thanks!

midnightxix
I did that & then looked at uTorrent and now my network status went to green (first time I've seen that happen) but then it changed back to yellow.
