Switeck
Your speed tests shows terrible problems with your download speed.Being so much less than upload max is...unnatural. Your line may be going bad...loose connection, dying modem, overload elsewhere on the same trunk line back to the ISP.
spear
so what is the solution...??
Switeck
Complain to your "ISP" that you're not getting anywhere close to 256 kilobits/second down if you're regularly seeing less than 10 KiloBYTES/second download speeds from both websites AND uTorrent.Your speed test said you were getting 70 kilobits/second down...that's only about 1/4 of what you should be getting if the line's symmetric. And if that doesn't work, seek out a better ISP. hermanm
spear, did run the speedtest while you were download or uploading? If you did, maybe you have a virus or trojan using your bandwidth up. That is unnatural!
