ETA when Seeding

If you choose the 'seeding time is' option - like seed for 3 hours. The ETA shows an inifinte time left. but as soon as you a peer joins the time remaining shows.

it would make more sense to always show the time left counting down from the remaining time since seeding started.

Not sure if ive explained this well enough - if anyone is confused i can try explain it better, maybe with some screenshots
