port forwarding NAT ISP I'm tired of this

I can't post on PortForward page for some reason so I've decided to post here

Is it possible that my ISP is blocking all of my ports.

I've done every thing that's needed (static ip, port forward), but still when I press the "test if port is forwarded properly" button I always get error, I've tried nearly 100 ports randomly and always get error.

Your modem may also act as a firewall. Check www.portforward.com for your modem.

You may also have other software firewalls on your computer. Antivirus and antispyware software often offer "internet protection" features which are actually software firewalls which WILL block uTorrent unless configured, disabled, or uninstalled.

I have disabled the firewall in my rooter

I'm using kasperki internet security 2009, utorrent is in my trusted app list so KIS is not monitoring anything, and I've tried exiting KIS nothing.

Disabling a software firewall like Kaspersky doesn't actually work.

And one more question in the portforward.com guide I have been ordered to uncheck "Enabel UPnP port mapeing" but may modem (ZTE ZXDSL 831z2) supports UPnP why

Try UPnP, if it works but a port test fails, maybe there's another NAT. For NAT check, what's the first half of your modems Internet/WAN IP address (look for a status page).

If you pass the port test and there are no UPnP errors on the logger tab. Also, what's your network status? What do you have on the logger tab, including after enabling UPnP?

and one more question i have a 46Gb torrent (just experiment) wich in nearly one month downloadeed less then 100Mb but uploaded ~800Mb, where are thse uploads go

hiya, i've been having a similar problem with utorrent and KIS2009. However, I think it may be related to the new version of utorrent. I'm running vista home prem and although kis is on, the windows firewall is also running. For some reason (probably the previous version of utorrent) there are 3 entries for utorrent in the windows firewall expception list. 2 were ticked (in and out streams) but the third which just said utorrent wasn't. once this was ticked I got a greenlight frm portforward.com. might be worth a look if you're still having issues.

It also looks like you have multiple routers, if you're still there, define your network setup (the routers and modems used). Example: Cable Modem (WebSTAR DPC2100R2) > Wireless Router (Linksys WRT54G) > Computers.
