Seeding

I've downloaded a torrent and want it to seed. While it shows in the status column that it is seeding, there doesn't seem to be any activity under uploaded - it just shows 0.00 kbs. Any advice to actually make this work?

1st and 2nd links in my signature...you may have computer networking hardware or software issues that are causing uTorrent to not run correctly.

...or uTorrent's settings may be way out-of-whack for your connection's max speeds.
