redsock Posted February 5, 2006 Report Share Posted February 5, 2006 I am in Port Credit and have had this same problem with Rogers for awhile. I notice that late at night my speeds will sometimes pick up and zip right along like they used to. However, I am never able to uploaded very much -- like 1-5% of the torrent size -- even in the middle of the night -- so my share ratio is going to go into the toilet.Is anyone else having this problem?
