i now have another problem, as you know i am a newbie to this and spent yesterday happyily downloading away but now i cant it says error access is denied and instead of a green up arrow next to them i have a red cross,

i spoke to a computer savvy person at work and they said i wasnt seeding it enough with really confused me but now when i look along in all the columns that are red i now see the ratio thing he was on about, he said it needs to be over one to keep downloading, how do i manage to get them over one so i can keep downloading??
