Utorrent download error message

For the last two days now whatever I try to download will generate a message:

Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

Does anyone know what this means, and how I can correct it ?

I am using utorrent ver 1.8

I am also getting this message, on torrents I'm dl from torrentseed, only.

This happens just on some of them. Other site dls it hasn't happened on so far.

It is very frustrating as this never happened before.

I really am not knowledgeable when it comes to fixing this problem, and have only found conflicting answers, making me more confused.

I am adding the last HJT file and am hoping someone can help?

Please if you can help make the directions very, very simple english terms, as I really am not " Tech lingo " smart.

Roxio and Nero both may be blocking access. Their file indexer programs...don't play nice. Probably these files in particular:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\10.0\SharedCOM\RoxWatch10.exe

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ahead\Lib\NMIndexingService.exe

You'll have to go through their settings and configure, disable, or uninstall them.

Zone Alarm may cause poor connectivity (fewer peers/seeds than otherwise), but shouldn't prevent uTorrent from accessing its files. Zone Alarm is really bad junk, "good" only for blue-screening (BSoD) a perfectly fine computer.

A bad sign when Windows can't find something:
