stranded
Weird, utorrent says it loaded ipfilter.dat, shows the right number of entries, and the particular country still connects to me, I can see the IP and there is the same IP in the ipfilter.dat list. Why isn't it blocking it? stranded
ok so it's just:83.168.64.0 - 83.168.127.25583.175.128.0 - 83.175.191.255but it still doesn't block the ip's! what now?
GTHK
To big a range? The blocking of broadcast addresses? I really don't know
stranded
It works now, after some time it finally works. The other part of the list was also in a different format, now every single range is in the same format so it works. So basically don't mix those two:069.061.059.144 - 069.061.059.159 , 100 ,83.175.128.0 - 83.175.191.255The first one is an eDonkey format, just use this site http://bluetack.co.uk/blc.php to convert it to "Plain IP ranges" and then convert - to (space)-(space) with notepad++
