Download Error...??? Help?

when i have utorrent open and i search for what im looking for..and find it i click on it to bring it up then when i click on download this torrent..it starts to download then pops up a box that says "download error"..and contains the following (whatever name of torrent could not be opened the helper application does not exsit..change the association in your preferences....) i have changed everything possiable and it still does not work..if im lucky the temp file shows up in the temp folder and i can open it that way...but it dont happen often.....HELP
