Utorrent+Agnitum Outpost Firewall problem

I have latest version of utorrent and outpost firewall.

When I run utorrent, then I found in log this error:

Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied.

I know, It means that firewall is blocking utorrent. I tryed read something about it, but I can't fix it.

Outpost firewall:

In "Settings/Firewall/Network rules" ... is utorrent.exe in Trusted Applications.

Utorrent:

In "Options/Speed Guide" I have setted port 54387. And when push button "Test if port is forwarded properly", then in webpage is :

OK! Port 54387 is open and accepting connections.

You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections.

Could somebody with the same problem help me ?
