uTorrent won't Seed past download amount.

As the subject line indicates I cannot seed past the download size. Using uTorrent 1.7.7. It's been fine for about a year. This only started happening within the last few days.

For example: if I download say 100mb, it will seed to 100mb (even tho I have it set to 200% - ignore time). The green icon turns orange and hovering says "unless...".

I'm using Kaspersky 7.01 and have added utorrent to Trusted Zones. No firewall on my system, my router does that for me.

I'm at a loss. Even tho I can download and upload, it won't go past the initial size. And, the icon stays yellow. HOWEVER, if I download something else, it turns green, downloads then uploads to the download size then turns yellow again!

Does anyone have any ideas, I want to make sure that I share with the community (leeching bad, sharing good).
