Icon Turns Green and Back Orange

I'm downloading for a very long time with utorrent but

now i have problems with my speed

port is forwarted firewall works correct

i'm using windows vista on a amd X2 3800+

with a siemens gigasetSX552 router

first i had utorrent 1.6 it worked perfect with 1.7 i get problems and now with 1.8 i get somtimes a green icon and sometimes not what could it be??
