uTorrent worked for a while then back to nothing up or down

As I mentioned in the subject uTorrent worked for a while after last nights changes that Frion suggested then it went back to doing nothing. No downloads no uploads. I think I am using torrents that have people in the swarm. So I am asking for any suggestions or help. If Azureus works, try the settings and if nothing works. You had to use back Azureus temporary. Do you have problem with Bitcomet?

Oh boy, Rogers is screwing with you!

They literally have a switch that they can set...1 minute BitTorrent works, next second...nada!

If you are feeling evil, call them up and get them to deny it.

Guessing you have port/s forwarded and get 'network ok' That being the case use commonly used ports like ones that vpn, ftp, aim, warcraft, smtp, pop3 etc... use. You can look up these port numbers just go to google and type in 'aim port' 'warcraft3 port' 'everquest port' 'netmeeting port' I think you get the idea.

Then test it with: http://www.btfaq.com/natcheck.pl

Oh and Don't forget some torrent are just slow. You can always test your speed using: http://borft.student.utwente.nl/~adrian/bt.php

Still slow and or getting failures from natcheck, then look at the firewall in your router ( if you have one) try reducing/adjusting it.

I don't think Derrett has NAT problem as he already did made Azureus work. Perhaps a screen dump might help.
