Sickenly
SOOOO, I just got comcast last week, and I noticed that I have had horrible u/l ratio. Today I had the ability to monitor what was going on, and it cuts to the yellow icon every 2-3 minutes. It does this all the time for what I have been seeing. Stays green for 2-3 minutes, and then yellow. I opened my firewall up for it, made sure that mcafee was not blocking it. I am freaking stumped. Anyone have the same problemor know how to fix it? GTHK
Comcast is known to mess torrenting up. Also, yellow (warning) just means there are no incoming connections. I think that's to be expected if you're only seeding, if it's while downloading though, try using the port tester in Ctrl+G.
Sickenly
The port is good, its just that damn /!\ lol So, there is no chance of fixing it huh?
Firon
Well, yellow is an indeterminate state that happens when there's no incoming connections. If you're only seeding and you're on comcast, this will happen because Comcast will break almost all your seeding connections.
GTHK
Switeck is the Comcast expert, he might pop in to post tips if your having other issues. You can also search the forum.

Switeck
Let me guess: You're only running 1 torrent, with not a lot of peers on it?Yellow light can also appear if everyone that could connect already is connected. And if they try to connect and fail before getting a successful handshake, you can still be stuck with the yellow light...and if that is the reason, I blame ComCast! You have probably 1 or just under 2 megabits/second upload bandwidth. So you probably need to use the 2nd link in my signature for the 1 or 1.5 megabit/second settings....Except really that's only going to work while downloading.ComCast is VERY good at disrupting connections while seeding. They call it "delaying"...sure, the Titanic's "delayed" from crossing the Atlantic. If you only allow encrypted connections, it's possible you might be able to hang onto 1-5 peers. Though even they will disconnect, you may reconnect to enough of them to keep upload speed somewhat decent.
