Internet connection's deactived when using uTorrent

Hi guys, I'm a new forum member, but has used uTorrent for nearly 3 years and I'm in Vietnam.

For the last few months, I have an issue. After using torrent for a while(just 10-20mins), I have my internet connection(adsl 2+ - isp:fpt) deactived. I have to reset to get it back. And if I try to start uTorrent once again, the same problem occures.

At 1st, I think I overuse bittorrent connection, there are too many of them. So I reconfigure my torrent client(lower number of connection and upload slots). But it didn't work at all.

Then I thought may be the lower voltage of my router make the connection can not stay for long(I had this issue years ago, and fixed by changing the ac adapter). I tried, but it did not change anything.

Now there's only one reason that I don't really want to think about is my ISP try to keep me down(right now there's a lot of people're using bit torrent in Vietnam, so may be the ISP try to control us). If this happen, can you boys show me how to detect that?

If anyone has any idea, please help me.

Thanks all.

1st link in my signature for troubleshooting.

You might have very little upload speed max...even less than 128 kilobits/second.

uTorrent's Speed Guide (CTRL+G) has a link to test speeds.

2nd link in my signature once you figure out what you have.

You can set alternate upload speed slightly higher (1-5 KiloBYTES/second) than regular upload speed...so you seed faster. :)
