Reset
Thanks for the warning Firon, I did actually read the part about webUI (changelog etc). webUI was never activated in my setup, no need for it since RSS is handling all downloading completely automated. Cheers,/R
Audiovore
I also do not use webUI, and will be sticking with 1.7.7. The only thing I want is the feeds tab back in the RSS' window really, is it really so much to have both?
thelittlefire
It won't be reverted. It was brought up several times in the in-development thread for 1.

Firon
The other security exploit isn't WebUI related. It's a malformed torrent. So regardless of if you use the WebUI, you should update.
Reset
I guess you are talking about the creation date issue, I will take my chances with that one I think. Thanks though!Cheers/R
h0rnytoad1
i dont like the new interface in v1.8 i'm going back to 1.7.7 i like it better, especially for trackers its all in 1 place, no seperate tabs.
Firon
As mentioned before, 1.7.7 is not an option due to security issues.Besides, the trackers tab was separated because the old way was terrible if you had more than a single tracker. Plus it didn't show any tracker info.
h0rnytoad1
don't care, i dont like it, its my computer so i choose what i run on it.
Firon
Better hope you don't run any malicious torrents. It only takes one.

DonGato
Well, I don't like either the new design but for a minor thing. I don't use the RSS feeds info that much but I used Favorites a lot and it was easier to click in the toolbar icon for it than now. I think I will get accustomed to using CTRL+R. Who knows?! thelittlefire
RSS isn't as important as you seem to think it is. Especially with the more important STUN-like functions coming.

ImYourVirus
I still miss the button, I mean is it really that hard to make it an option? Like what 2 lines of code? Oh well had a similar problem with another open source project, they just changed the ui with no thought but for themselves and had as much to say to their users. :/
