How to upload torrents that was dl'd with other torrent programs?

I am curently using another torrent program, but I want to change since I get a poor upload speed, wich is destroying my ratio at sertain sites. I got torrents (both fully downloaded and ones that I am partseeding.

My question is how can I imbed these files with uTorrent so that I can upload these files?

You should be able to use the http://utorrent.com/migration_guide.php as long as you can find the torrent on your drive.
