No idea..

My speed is 768Kbps. I have just downloaded utorrent 1.8 my port is open and at the bottom just beside the green light with a check where you could see your Download Speed it fluctuates between 65-75Kbps. is this the speed that i should be getting? or should I be seeing a higher number if i do something with my connections?? I am new to this and I really think id enjoy more using utorrent if i knew I am getting the right settings.

Your connection's rated speeds (according to information you get from speed test sites and/or internet provider documentation) are given in *bit/sec.

You are getting normal download speeds for your connection.
