Zao Posted August 16, 2008 Report Share Posted August 16, 2008 I'm connected to 5 peers and I'm wavering around 5 kb/s even though my upload limit is set to 47 kb/s. I've never had this problem with 1.7.7. Firewall and anti-virus programs are disabled, outgoing encryption is set to enabled, ports are correctly forwarded and network status is green.
