Utorrent will not load. Please Help!

Hi, I'm having a problem with Utorrent. A few days before 1.8 came out, my Utorrent stopped working. I clicked on the icon one day and it wouldn't open, though the process still opens in task manager. I've waited upwards of 15-20 minutes for the window to open...but nothing. Then when I click on the icon again it gives me the "utorrent process seems to be already running' box. Then when 1.8 came out, I downloaded it and the same thing. Now when I end the process in task manager and then click on the icon, it brings up the install menu again. And when I install again...the cycle repeats itself. If someone has some insight to my problem it would be greatly appreciated. Here is my Hijackthis log report:

Super AntiSpyware appears to be installing itself at levels it shouldn't be running at.

It's the only thing that's suspicious right now.

Another possible longshot?:

Depending on how that works, uTorrent's access to Window's networking could be blocked, crippled, or scrambled in some way...causing uTorrent to not load correctly.

Guess I got lucky...I saw a network-modifying program, and thought it might be a problem.
