Well i saw 1.8 on a mates comp,and i must say,i didn't like the look.

I know it's only a skin,but there you go,the icon changed when he updated,that looked tacky also,i know it's only appearances,but im sticking with 1.7.7.

If it works,don't fix it!

My download speeds are still awesome at over 500KB/s.

I'm sure it depends on what circles you frequent... I do rarely see anything < 1.7 these days. I even saw my first Teredo peer yesterday

You do realize that 1.7.7 has some security exploits, right?
