There are several CC-licensed games available at legaltorrents, and I believe that iD are distributing Enemy Territory, which is quite popular and free, by BitTorrent using their own tracker...This is assuming you meant "warez", of course As for your question, it's more about hardware than software, but depending on which game it is, you'll probably need- Windows XP or at least a computer capable of running it- A decent graphics card- DirectX 9You might also need software like Daemon Tools to mount a disc image, or WinRAR/7-Zip to extract the files in the first place, depending on how they are packaged.
