"And what is this supposed to explain?"

error 10061 indicates that the server computer didn't

even accept the TCP connection in the first place - the connection never got

to the stage of being connected nor authenticated.

Possible causes are:

- Broken TCP stack on the second machine

- Broken DNS setup on the second machine

- A firewall configuration at the server that permits connections only from certain addresses

- A firewall configuration at the server that permits connections only via

certain network interfaces

- Some sort of firewall software on the second machine, that is aborting the

connection at the source.

Hello!

Looks like I cannot open the window with double-clicking the taskbar icon. At first I thought it is a problem with windows remote view, because I noticed as soon as I updated it (remotely). However, now I am at home and I have the same problem. I do not know whether it is something to do with my OS. I am currently running Vista x86 and I have disabled the "single click on tray icon to open" option. Nonetheless, when it is enabled, it works with a single click, but I got used to double-clicking.

Greets!

how exactly this help avoiding fragmentation:?

Because sparse files and pre-allocate are basically opposites. (sparse files are pretty much the same as not pre-allocating at the filesystem level.)

Is there really nothing we can do to stop the log spam?

[2008-09-06 00:21:11] ERROR! Detected halfopen count exceeds internal count 8 > 3

[2008-09-06 00:21:14] ERROR! Detected halfopen count exceeds internal count 6 > 2

[2008-09-06 00:21:15] ERROR! Detected halfopen count exceeds internal count 7 > 3

[2008-09-06 00:21:16] ERROR! Detected halfopen count exceeds internal count 8 > 4

Every. Single. Second.

Does "detected halfopen count" mean box-wide? Because if it is assuming that no other apps are opening connections... then it's in for a rude awakening.

1. Don't look at the the log tab.

2. Wait for next version.

It's a beta.. the log spam is a "developer feature". If you don't like it don't look at it.

I don't know if this is new or not but the speed guide dialog no longer shows a unit for the upload limit on speeds above 128k:

12083 released. Please whine at Kaspersky to fix their DNS issues!

Yes, we worked around it, but their firewall is breaking DNS SRV lookups.

[2008-09-06 19:02:40] UPnP: Unable to map port 192.168.1.136:13154 with UPnP.

I'm getting a lot of this, but the port mapping is fine - shows up in the list of mappings on my router and traffic is getting through (green icon).

ut tries to remap the port every 20 (or 30?) minutes. I guess your router won't allow remapping the same port for some reason. It's nothing to worry about if the port stays mapped.
