firewall settings

Hi,

I am praneeta. I have win xp system. Till last week utorrent worked excellent. This week it shows error opening windows firewall:0x80070005. When i run the torrent immediately the torrent shows from blue to red colour. Actually I am the client of the internet server. It has windows 2003 R2 operating system. It has symantec antivirus software. Some body change the firewall settings. I don't know how to solve. Please give your valuable suggestions and solutions for me.

And it's possible Symantec is blocking things.

symantec is junk you may have a virus that it cannot find try using avast!its one of the best virus cleaners ive ever seen

Or Avira AntiVir... which is also free, and has better detection rates. Cleaning part, I'm not too sure about, but if it catches the malware before you can do anything with it, it doesn't matter anyway.
