e1ace
ok this might seem like a wierd request but it would be really useful for me and i guess others.i have two different ISP's one is for local and the other international (local downloads are cheaper for bandwidth). so if i want to download the local torrents i connect to local and open utorrent. now the prob is when international is connected and utorrent is open. then utorrent is killing my international cap which is expensive. it would be nice to be able to specify which connection to use to download?im sure there other more technical ways of doing this but think of me as computer illiterate.thanks
thelittlefire
Check the manual, from http://utorrent.com/download.php you can set net.bind_ip ... Windows doesn't always listen though
DreadWingKnight
The problem with trying something like that is that windows likes to break the attempts to bind traffic to a single connection.
Firon
net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ipon windows, the binding doesn't always work if the metric for both adapters is the same.
