How to forward port for Utorrent using SUPRAMAX DSL Router????

Here are my specs:

Operating System:WinXP Home Edition

Anti-virus: AVG free edition

Firewall: Windows Firewall (uTorrent allowed)

Router: SupraMax Dsl 642WLGV2

My main problem is that i dont know how to forward ports using this router. So if anyone is familiar with this router or has a guide could u plz lend me a hand. When i go to the port forwarding place in the router settings..this is wat i c..and i dont know what to do from here??? any help will greatly be appreciated..thx in advance!!

First setup a static address: http://www.portforward.com/networking/staticip.htm

Once you have that working, use that as the Destination IP Address. Enter anything in for Application, see if you can change protocol to TCP and UDP, Destination Port Start/End should both be your listening port in µTorrent. Try applying like that, if the router rejects it, type 0.0.0.0 in Source IP Address and Source Netmask. If it's still rejected, add your listening port in Destination Port Map as well.

The manufacturer website isn't very helpful, do you have the manual?

hey bro i dont have the manual...but i dont think i will be needing it any longer..cuz i did watever u told me to do and everything worked like a charm..Thank u soooooo much..this world is lucky to have ppl like u save our asses once in a while..lol..once again ur help is greatly appreciated bro..thank u!!!
