REQ - would like to see AVG SPEED value be able to be written as stat

I would like to be able to have Utorrent compute average speed for a download and write it to a stats file, as well as show it on screen.

Low speed is one thing, high speed another, but in diagnosing speed issues, it would help to be able to see what the true average speed for a download or upload was.

One value for DOWN and one for UP - separate please.

A "rolling average" of the last 5 to 15 seconds is probably the only way to do that.

Could capture current DL rate every 5 seconds and compile / process it at the end of the dl, I suppose.
