Using NIC and mobile access for uTorrent

Hi,

My main internet access is available only via proxy with my NIC (IP: 192.168.x.x). It's 4KB limited bandwidth but completely free. The PC I'm connected with is not mine so I have no control over it.

As you may already know, with my network configuration, it's not possible to use DHT. So I'm thinking of using my mobile phone only for DHT. My mobile phone internet access is charged by KB transferred data, so I don't want to use it for peer connection nor connection to trackers. The mobile connection's IP is also private (IP: 10.x.x.x) but the DHT can work since I've tested it before by using the mobile alone and disabling the NIC hardware.

The problem is, how can I combine my NIC and my mobile connection? That is to use my NIC as my main internet access and use my mobile ONLY for DHT.

Here's my system environment in details (relevant only).

OS: Windows XP SP2

NIC: Realtek Ethernet PCI NIC 100Mbps, IP=192.168.0.1 (static)

Mobile: GSM GPRS (about 40Kbps), IP=10.x.x.x (dynamic)

Firewall: None. I don't bother installing/enabling one (including device driver) since no ports are left open.

Adapter order: [Realtek NIC] then [Remote access connections]

DHT isn't THAT important to waste money on it. It only helps when trackers are down, unavailable or no longer list a torrent.
