spacing percentages

i use utorrent in a window and when i maximize it i'd like the list of torrents section along with the individual torrent section to have cover the same percentage of the window regardless of how big the utorrent window is.

Hmmmm.. I think the settings are relative in px, not %... Perhaps the settings.dat stores the listview information similarly to position information for BOTH windowed and fullscreen mode. I'd think this would be useful.
