Anyways im hoping for someone to help me with some problems Ive been having with utorrent, i have read a few other guides and tried there approaches to similar problems but my problem is kind of exotic, i just got my new computer about a week ago, ordered clean with only the necessary drivers and programs, and yet mysteriously the utorrent speed suddenly dropped after about 10 gigs of dling, and some of my torrents would always say access is denied, and others would have a max dl/up rate of .5kb/s and im really wondering why...

specs:

OS: Windows vista home premium 64-bit (6.0, build6001)

processor: Intel® Core2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2CPU), ~3.0GHz

memory: 4094MB ram

2 Nvidea Geforce 8600 GT 1GB

it has made me give up on 3 of my previous torrents and i have one at about 60% that i want to finish

i can still use Mozilla Firefox at a full speed and download from rapidshare (free) at a fixed rate of 44.5kb/s(edit) now running at 60kb/s(edit) and yet utorrent is still bugging up...

forgot to mention that my internet provider supposudly has a 7.5gig/mo limit but i have noticed that they do not enforce or even regard this rule, but im suddenly wondering "could this be the problem" unexpected i do not think so because my other internet use is not slowed or restricted

average internet speed: 128kb/s

i am 99% sure i have disabled and bypassed all firewalls possibly blocking utorrent (little green checkmark also lights up) and i can connect to about 20 seeds and 50 peers for about 3 minutes or so before the access denied message pops up again(force start), all torrents besides the offline, and failure to access all of a sudden say scrape ok and stops all internet traffic on utorrent...

i dont know how much more information i can give but i used hijack his and heres my log,

i don't know if i missed anything and i have probably given wayyy to much information but i really want to know whats wrong...

P.s. if it means anything i am downloading Supreme.Commander.Forged.Alliance-RELOADED and i have connected to multiple tackers, (peer exchange, DHT, and local peer discovery is not allowed or sumthing) if anyone else is experiencing this problem i would greatly appreciate if you found out how to fix it or not,

If E: is a removable drive.. are you sure it isn't ejected/write-protected and that you have permissions for the files and folders?

its not write protected and im sure that it isnt ejected while the computer is running as the drive wont shut off with saftly remove hardware and computer has o shut down to eject it
