Multifile Torrent + HTTP Seed = hash failed check

All multifile torrents with http seeds are returning the message "failed hash check" and banned http seed after then. Anybody have the same error?

Torrent with one file only doesn't have this problem.

Is a URL to just a folder being used? Or multiple addresses for multiple files? If it's the latter, that's not in the getright spec (something I've complained about).

Multiple addresses for multiple files. Yes, i know the getright spec, but if i put a URL to just a folder, it doesn't work.

It's a known issue.

Multiple URLs for multiple files is invalid. utorrent just needs to refuse it outright.

As I understand it, if you have multiple files in a torrent, the URL should be the root URL only.

For example:

domain.com/folder/movie.avi

domain.com/folder/movie.nfo

In µTorrent, the web seed URL is domain.com

I actually like hash failed check because it doesn't DDOS the server. I agree it needs to be fixed at some point, but you also need to put in measures so that the web server load does not increase greatly.
