FAQ improvements

Hello everybody.

uTorrent is a nice little program, and I just like the way the official FAQ is written.

Good job on that, uTorrent team.

However, things can't always be perfect. Think about it, what would developers be if there was no room for improvement? It is why I come here today with two suggestions for the FAQ:

- http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#What_is_ipfilter.dat.3F - it says: "Do not pad IPs with 0s to ensure that it will work (i.e., write 64.12.15.0 not 064.012.015.000), though it is reported to work anyway." -- I'd say something like: "It is not necessary that the IPs be padded with 0s (e.g., 064.012.015.000 vs. 64.12.15.0) for the ipfilter to work."

- http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#Does_.C2.B5Torrent_have_an_embedded_tracker.3F - I find this part of the FAQ very well written. However, if it were me I'd complement it with info from this thread such as the reasons for why it is insecure and maybe put it more clear that "there are no restrictions whatsoever on what gets tracked by it."

Thanks for listening,
