Stop downloading when PC is in use/Restart when idle

The ability to detect when a PC is in use and stop downloading would be very useful. Utorrent would then start using the bandwidth again after say 30 minutes of idle (the time could be configurable).

I guess the developers already know how to do this using the GetLastInputInfo Win32 API call :-)

I always forget to restart utorrent after turning it off when I need to do some real work! :-)
