Booh Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 it's me again!i've tried the default settings of utorrent, but still i can't get a good downloading-speed! ah...(i'm talkin in real-time :°D) now i'm downloading at 70Kb...anyway could please tell me the optimal utorrent settings for my connection?i've got a 4Mb Adsl connection.... and i've put these values on utorrent...32459--->portMax Connections-->500Connected peers per torrent-->200Upload slots per torrent-->4max number of active downloads-->8net.max.Half-open-->64that's what i've changed basicallylet me know if they're good values Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ultima Posted January 7, 2006 Report Share Posted January 7, 2006 Try the beta -- there's a speed wizard in it that tries to automatically choose the best settings based on your connection speed.
