CzechBoy
I have "Start mTorrent on system startup" but then when I set turn off the computer (start - turn off....) there appears a windows that the mTorrent can't exit and that it will be forced to exit and then after a while the pc turns off. Is there a way how to solve this error message? Now I have to close mTorrent first and then turn off the computer which is quite lengthy.
Inf
That window sometimes appears when it takes a lot of time for utorrent to update the trackers before exiting. This is not really an error, just dont force the utorrent down when this window appears, after a number of seconds utorrent will finish updating the trackers, close itself, the window you mentioned will dissapear by itself and the PC will shut down normally. 1c3d0g
Yeah, just have a little patience, those few extra seconds are not going to kill you. :/
Firon
µTorrent needs time to shut down (flush data, write data files, send STOP event message to trackers, etc).

Firon
I've found that it's NOT Windows closing the task, but instead µTorrent shutting itself down. (it takes up to approximately 15 seconds)
idle.newbie
http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/Windows/2000/server/reskit/en-us/regentry/34637.aspsome sites' registry tweak change this value too low, so windows "kill" µT too soon before µT shutdown. close =/= kill.
