I download 1.8, but when I try to execute it all it does is open version 1.6. I tried several months ago to upgrade but couldn't. I feel the situation is critical now.2. Something stops all my downloading torrents and I cannot restart most of them. Info: I use Symantec Norton 360.Much thanks in advance for helping me to solve these problems. thelittlefire Posted September 4, 2008 Report Share Posted September 4, 2008 Are you sure you CLOSED uTorrent before opening 1.8? Are you sure you ran the EXE you downloaded and not the shortcut? Have you tried updating from within uTorrent?What is the error which stops your torrents? What does the Status column say, and/or what does the Tracker Status say?
