djk1 Posted September 4, 2008 Report Share Posted September 4, 2008 I just reformatted my computer with vista sp1. Installed the new UT and download speeds are great but upload speeds are terrible. I had 1.7 and used to get upload speeds around 65 to 85k but now if i get 3 -5 kb if i am lucky. I have messed with all the settings. I do not have firewall on. I checked and double checked everything. Port forwarding is something i never had to do before. Do you think it is a vista SP1 or utorrent 1.8? Any ideas?
