yoghurt
If I download, let's say, 20 torrents. But then I come across an important torrent and I want it quick. What I used to do was Pause all the other torrents, so my important torrent would be in quickly. But it kept going slow as fuck! About 10 kB/s, even though it had 220 seeders and 30 leechers. Also uTorrent kept trying to calculate how long it would take for the paused torrents to download (Not that it bothered me, just noticed it)However, if I stop all my other torrents, my very important download will skyrocket. So I think the Pause function keeps using all the connections or something. But perhaps that's what the Pause is supposed to do. I just thought you should know. Firon
Pause intentionally keeps all connections. It finishes up pending requests and eventually stops downloading/uploading.If you have a low connection limit, then pause is not for you. Stop the torrents.
