resume seeding

After I have downloaded an item and let the seeding continue until equality (1.0), I usually remove the item from the utorrent list. If I want to resume seeding of a downloaded item, is there an easy way to get the item back on the torrent list again?

You are right. But sometimes one doesn't find the correct search word - and 'migraton' would have been the last word I'd been looking for - for 'resume seeding' ;-).
