goes green then red

I am running two routers (the isp one into mine so it can go to more than one computer)

I have turned off the firewall on the original isp's router and i have a port open on mine for utorrent. My two routers are:

(ISP router)

Motorola: 2210-02

(My router)

3com: 3CRWE554G72T

Computer specs:

Athlon xp 3000+

2 gigs OCZ ram

mobo: SOYO dragon v2.0

500gig WD

3com netcard

windows firewall: off

This is what I get when i run the utorrent port forward test:

Please make absolutely sure that PeerGuardian2 or Protowall is allowing utorrent.com (72.20.34.145) in either of those programs. Those of you using ipfilter.dat should make sure the list does not include the website's IP. After making sure of this, re-run this test by refreshing the page (F5).

Check the first link in my signature regarding interrupted connections. This "green then red" issue often occurs because users overload their connections with bad settings.
